(scroll down to see details!) We are located on Milwaukee's East Side, near UWM and the lake front. Bewitchingbee Magical Supply is created around the concept of an old-time occult candle shop. All of our oils, ritual baths, powders, spell kits, mojo bags and spell kits are hand-crafted and spiritually charged one at a time, truly putting the "magic" in our magical supplies. We carry a full line of candles, and like the old-time shops, offer candle dressing for all of our Vigil Candles purchased in the store, free of charge. Classes, Services, and Products: Classes : All Classes (except Reiki) last 6 weeks and meet once a week, usually on Sundays or Mondays. Cost for: Witchcraft 101, Hoodoo-Rootwork-Conjure , & Psychic Development Course are $100.00. *All classes have an additional $20.00 materials fee, payable at first class. This covers (just barely) the cost of the folder, weekly lessons, and project materials. *Note: Alternative payment methods are possible- such as splitting the amount into half, or thirds, with the first payment down at the first class, and the rest at a later agreed upon date. Just come into the store and talk to Deborah about this. Generally class Sessions will start up 4 times per year: Mid January, Mid March, Mid May, and Mid September. Services by: The Professional Alliance of Rootwork Practitioners & Spiritual Advisors. Psychic Readings & Spiritual Consultations: $30.00/ for a half hour reading $60.00/ for one hour reading in person, or by phone. We charge the same rate for all forms of divination, psychic readings, & spiritual consultations.
Rootwork Consultation (30.00 for a 1/2 hour consultation, $60.00 for hour consultation.) This consultation includes a divination prior to any recommendation on the matter of concern. In Store Custom Made Mojo (Toby) Bags- priced between $20 to $30 depending on number and type of contents. (Triple strength is always $30.00) Jackballs- $55.00. These are made by a Professional Rootworker and require a bit of your own hair, also a small slip of paper that you have written your full name on. Spell Casting Services: Most doctors will run tests to provide a diagnosis before they begin treatment. In a similar fashion, most reputable rootworkers will determine what their client's spiritual condition is by doing a reading before prescribing spell work, or a spiritual course of action. Therefore it is necessary to have a Rootwork Consultation before beginning any Spellwork. We offer private, professional, and ethical work. There are no secrets, and we will spell out for you (no pun intended), exactly what the service is, and what the cost of it would be. I charge for the materials used (see Spell Kit Page to get an idea), and also charge for the amount of time and energy used to complete the work. This is usually a rate of $60.00/hour, and the total work can cost can vary greatly depending on the type of spiritual work it is and the length of time. In Store Candle Services: In the hoodoo rootwork tradition I offer the setting of lights and altar work for my clients. A candle is dressed with oil and herbs, placed on top of a name/ petition paper. Your candle is place on one of our in-store altars. We have 5 store-front altars: the Healing Altar, Fiery Wall of Protection Altar, Love Drawing Altar, Money/ Prosperity Drawing Altar, and the always popular Spiritual Justice Altar. See Setting Lights Page for details (new pictures coming there soon). Candle dressing done by an in-store Rootworker, Setting Lights, Candle divinations, jar & bottle spells, spiritual petitions. We are non-judgmental, and non-sectarian. We strive to offer a safe place to network, and also to obtain information, suggestions and advice. Herbs, Roots and Minerals- We have over 100 hard to find, authentic Herbs, Roots, and Minerals such as Deer's Tongue Leaves, High John the Conqueror Root, Adam & Eve Root (the actual root, not the Balm of Gilead Buds that many mass production companies would like you to believe are Adam & Eve Roots, and label them as such), and of course we carry natural Lodestones of all shapes and sizes. Anointing & Dressing Oils- We carry all of the same hand made oils that you see on this web page, plus a whole lot more. About "Bewitchingbee" "Bewitchingbee" is a term of endearment bestowed upon me many years ago by a local fellow poet- Bob "Smoke". In the past, when I read in public, I often used the tag-name "The Bee", which is the Hebrew translation of the meaning of my name "Deborah". Because of my magical practice, Bob started calling me Bewitchingbee, and it stuck. Years later "Bewitchingbee Magical Supply" was born.
